The Cabernet shows blackberry, black cherry liqueur and a hint of graphite. The Syrah meets your palate with elements of ripe cassis, plum and earth. Full-bodied with excellent fruit, low acidity and a broad, savory mouthfeel, it should provide plenty of pleasure during its exuberant youth.
