The galaxy of flavors includes cassis, blueberry, spice with lightly toasted oak and a hint of milk chocolate meld together in a seamlessly elegant texture that rests happily on your taste buds, and the proverbial plush and tasty now but built to last tannin structure everyone aspires to but few achieve. The oh’ so sultry finish (30 seconds long) remind me of chocolate covered espresso beans. Enjoy now through 2018, peaking in 2014 in our estimation.
