The 2006 Fat of the Land Shiraz Greenock is a saturated purple color with legs that ooze slowly down the glass. It presents an aromatic array of toasty oak, road tar, mineral, blueberry, blackberry, and licorice. Opulent, rich, and succulent, it conceals plenty of ripe tannin under a blanket of fruit. Give it 5-7 years of additional cellaring and then drink it through 2031.
