Well balanced flavors of dark cherry, plum, cocoa powder and hints of espresso lead out and are surrounded by plush and silky tannins. With moderate alcohol levels this restrained wine is very food friendly and won’t overpower your meals. Enjoy anytime now through 2010, we recommend decanting if you pop the cork prior to 2009.
