Inevitably, the Wine Spectator magazine and/or uber critic Robert Parker swoops in soon thereafter with a massive rating and this (formerly) “undiscovered” wine is sold out before we have the chance to sell you a case or two …not to mention sneak a few bottles into our Secret Cellar!
