Porthos offers complimentary seasonal storage for up to six months to our top collectors so that they may purchase their favorite new releases year-round without any risk of shipping damage due to severe weather in the Summer or Winter. Collectors may reserve their wine favorites anytime and then we'll store the wine in our secure, temperature-controlled private storage area. Note: minimum purchase requirements apply to qualify. Porthos Ventures, inc. (Porthos) reserves the right to charge $5 per box per month of unshipped wine (after a 120 days complimentary storage period). If these charges ever exceed the value of the unshipped wine Porthos reserves the right to sell unshipped wine with 30 days' notice. Notice will be mailed to the address listed via certified mail on the last customer sales order. Lack of response authorizes Porthos to deem the wine abandoned and liquidate unshipped wine. |
