While at Domaine Serene, winemaker Tony Rynders produced Pinots that beat out Burgundy's top house Domaine de la Romanee Conti time after time again in blind tastings. Furthering that success his wines were, year after year, the top wines from Oregon from both the Wine Spectator and Robert Parker. He then left Domaine Serene to pursue is own project, and what a success that has been. The inaugural release of the Tendril Pinot Noir Willamette 2008 takes his previous efforts even one step further. This is a BIG AND LUSCIOUS pinot, so big and dark you'll swear it's from California. Perfect balance and finesse however set it apart from the rest. He only produced 300 cases from the acclaimed 2008 vintage however so quantities are limited. Vintages like the 2008 RARELY happen in Oregon so snatch this up while it lasts. OFFERED ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS.

“Classic 95” Points
Gorgeous of aromas of black cherry, raspberry, cranberry, and fresh tobacco leap out of the glass. On the palate it's full and vibrant, layered with silky flavors of blackberry, currant, cola, dried orange peel, clove, caramel and vanilla. Silky texture defines this Pinot, with polished tannins becoming supple and well integrated in this seamless wine. - The Wine Insiders
