“The wine offers a beautiful bouquet of brambly, ripe blackberries, roasted black plums, blackberry cordial, sandalwood, cloves, and a hint of black pepper. On the palate, it's juicy with prominent red fruit and red plum notes, complemented by subtle earth tones. The tannins are well-integrated, providing structure and balance alongside a refreshing acidity. Overall, I find this Pinot Noir to be quite lovely and believe it exemplifies the quality and craftsmanship we strive for at Bacigalupi Vineyards.”
