Incredibly fresh, perfumed and expressive with gorgeous aromatics of black and blue fruits, florals, herbs, graphite, and dusty notes. The palate is full-bodied, fresh and pure, with a beautifully polished texture framing the ripe black and blue fruit along with hints of mocha and floral character that emerges from its core and resonates through the beautiful long finish. “I was blown away by how much better Perchance's 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon Beckstoffer Vineyard Georges III looked after a bit more élevage and some time in bottle. Selected from four vineyard blocks and blended just prior to bottling, it offers floral, spicy aromas of violets and licorice backed by waves of cherries, blueberries and black cherries.
