We savored this sensational upcoming release and highly recommend for enjoyment - - with prime rib - - tonight (after decanting 30 minutes) and/or anytime over the next 7-8 years thanks to the silky smooth and rich texture which features grainy tannins, tangy baking spices (primarily thyme and tarragon), and a loooong finish. We were impressed by the dark fruit flavors including crushed blackcurrants, figs and hints of lavender, pipe tobacco, and then molten dark chocolate on the finish.
